Concentrix is seeking a Travel Advisor to support Nordic Premium Airline SAS with Norwegian in our Warsaw office. You will be the first point of contact for premium travel inquiries, assist customers with ticket purchases, and help navigate different payment methods.

Fluent Norwegian (C1) and English (B2) are required. You will communicate with customers in Norwegian and English, provide patient, helpful service, and maintain high accuracy while staying highly organized.
