Role Overview

In this role, you will lead the end‑to‑end onboarding journey for Planet’s premium merchants and partners, acting as the central point of coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders. You will transform commercial commitments into actionable onboarding plans, ensuring technical readiness, regulatory compliance, and timely go‑lives. Your work will shape a seamless, high‑quality onboarding experience that sets merchants up for long‑term success.

What You Will Do

• Own the full end‑to‑end onboarding journey for premium merchants and partners.
• Act as the primary delivery contact for merchant stakeholders and Planet teams.
• Translate commercial agreements into clear onboarding plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Ensure technical readiness; act as a technical consultant.
• Revise and gather AML and KYC documentation.
• Escalate blockers, manage risks, and drive issues to resolution.
• Ensure merchants go live on time, with a seamless operational handover to BAU teams.
• Champion onboarding quality and continuously improve the premium merchant onboarding experience.
• Create project plans, charters, and reporting.
