Job summary

Asistwork Sp. z o.o. in Opole, Poland, is seeking workers for assembling power electronics equipment and carrying out electrical measurements on the production line.

You will operate both mechanical and electrical equipment while keeping your workspace organized and compliant with safety rules. Ideal candidates have manufacturing or component assembly experience, basic reading of work instructions, and strong manual skills.

Qualifications

• Required: Polish or English language at least B1.
• Experience in manufacturing, component assembly or similar field.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions.
• Manual skills including caliper use.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong motivation and ability to work in a team.
• Nice to have: ability to read technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Assemble power electronics equipment and components.
• Perform electrical measurements.
• Operate mechanical and electrical equipment on the production line.
• Keep the workstation organized and safe.
• Check product quality during the production process.
