Job summary

EnerSys in Poland is seeking a production worker to assemble products, start up and operate equipment, and support a safe, efficient manufacturing line. You will troubleshoot minor issues, inspect materials for defects, and ensure accurate packing and documentation as part of a dedicated team.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, basic math skills, and the ability to read and interpret instructions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Ability to perform basic math and read/interpret instructions.
• Manufacturing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Start-up and operate equipment to assemble products.
• Troubleshoot equipment and make adjustments as needed.
• Follow ISO, environmental and safety procedures.
• Visually inspect materials for defects and control scrap.
• Pack and secure materials for transport and maintain cleanliness.
• Work as part of a production team to meet targets.
