Job summary

NielsenIQ Brandbank is seeking a Customer Support Executive on a fixed-term maternity cover to serve Polish clients. The role involves onboarding and ongoing support via Freshdesk, collaboration with sales and other teams, and driving customer satisfaction to aid retention and renewals.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in a customer-facing role, native Polish with strong English, and solid MS Office skills. Remote work options and extensive training are offered within a diverse team.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in a B2B environment.
• Native Polish speaker with good English communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of Brandbank's core services to customers.
• Provide daily support to Polish customers via the Freshdesk platform, including onboarding and ongoing service support.
• Collaborate with local sales teams and cross-functional departments to resolve customer issues and ensure service excellence.
• Deliver customer onboarding and training sessions to help customers maximize value of services.
• Drive customer satisfaction and contribute to retention and renewals.
• Contribute to development of Knowledge Base and support automation initiatives across the business.
• Ensure queries are resolved through Freshdesk channels within SLAs.
