• Work with local partners, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Track tasks, deadlines and launch readiness.
• Resolve operational and organizational issues as they arise.
• Ensure all required local elements are prepared and working correctly.
• Collect feedback and insights after each launch.
• Communicate project status, issues and local insights to Nestium.
• Support several small projects simultaneously at different stages.
• Help improve and standardize local launch processes over time.
