Ishida Europe Ltd is seeking a Field Services Engineer based in Warsaw to support Ishida equipment at customer facilities. You will install, commission, and configure weighing, packing, and quality control systems, diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and deliver professional on-site service while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Ideal candidates have strong field service experience on industrial machinery, fluency in Polish, and a driver’s license to travel within the

Strong field service capabilities on industrial machinery or automation systems.
Polish language fluency required for speaking and writing.
Proficient troubleshooting for mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
Experience providing technical support to customers and clear guidance.
Preventive maintenance expertise to ensure equipment reliability.
Excellent customer service and professional communication at client sites.
Ability to read technical drawings and documentation and use diagnostic tools.

Responsabilidades

Install, commission, and configure Ishida weighing, packing, and QC systems on customer sites.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical faults to minimize downtime.
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs as needed.
Provide on-site technical support and guidance to customers.
Document service activities, reports and recommendations and coordinate with service/spares teams.
