The role focuses on delivering world-class, Polish-language support for players across live chat, email, and ticketing channels, ensuring quick resolution of issues and a superior user experience.

Ideal candidates are fluent in Polish and English, able to thrive in a fast-paced Esports environment, and willing to relocate to Bulgaria for on-site work.

Qualifications

• Polish speaking is mandatory (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality Polish-speaking support via live chat, email, and ticketing systems.
• Represent major gaming titles as the primary contact for the user base.
• Troubleshoot in-game issues, payments, and account security queries.
• Engage with the gaming community to foster positive sentiment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate bugs or platform issues.
• Maintain knowledge of gaming trends and platform updates to assist users.
