Job summary

Salesforce is hiring Deployment Strategists - Strategic Builders who define AI strategy, shape agentic solutions, and drive adoption for enterprise customers. You will work with Forward Deployed Engineers to translate business challenges into agentic AI deployments that go live and deliver real value.

Engagements are time-bound, typically 12 weeks or less, and may span a single strategic account or multiple customers simultaneously.

Qualifications

4+ years experience in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, or delivery leadership for enterprise cloud or SaaS technology.
Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Prior customer-facing delivery experience is required (consulting, professional services, or technical advisory).
Understanding of Salesforce platform and Data Cloud capabilities.
Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex.
Ability to lead complex engagements end-to-end from discovery to measurable outcomes.
Experience leading AI/LLM solution design and responsible AI practices.
Willingness to travel up to 25% and work in Polish and English at business level.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end customer engagements across the value lifecycle from Identify to Deploy to Consume.
Define AI strategy and architecture; run design workshops and solution sessions.
Oversee delivery timelines, risk, and stakeholder communications.
Drive adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics within the engagement.
Coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers to align strategy with execution.
Develop customer-ready AI solutions with agentic tools and products.
Manage senior stakeholder relationships and present business outcomes.
Assess customer AI readiness and guide transformation efforts.
