Job summary

Salesforce is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers to design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise environments. You will work with a Deployment Strategist to co-build live production deployments and handle configurations, customisation, and full-stack delivery across multiple accounts.

You will contribute to data pipelines, dashboards, and MVPs, with mentorship from engineers who have shipped agentic systems at scale, and a path to lead complex deliveries yourself.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience
• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience required

Responsibilities

• Develop AI agents and experiences that make real actions in production for enterprise customers.
• Design agent intelligence including prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and integration with customer systems.
• Own end-to-end components from architecture to deployed, observable production state.
