Job summary

Salesforce is seeking Deployment Strategists to lead end-to-end customer engagements, defining AI strategy, and delivering measurable value for enterprise clients. You will partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to deploy agentic AI solutions and drive adoption across multiple accounts.

Required qualifications include 4+ years in strategic solutioning or delivery leadership for enterprise SaaS, a CS degree, and strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform and AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Has 4+ years in strategic solutioning, advisory, or delivery leadership for enterprise SaaS/cloud
• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience in customer-facing delivery is required
• Knowledge of Salesforce platform and Agentic AI capabilities

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer engagements across the value lifecycle: Identify, Commit, Deploy, Consume.
• Define AI strategy and architecture; lead workshops and design sessions.
• Oversee deployment timelines, risks, and progress reporting within delivery teams.
• Own adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics within engagements.
• Coordinate delivery with Forward Deployed Engineers to align strategy with execution.
• Develop customer solutions with AI tools (Cursor, Claude, coding products).
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships and present business-valued outcomes.
• Assess AI readiness and guide change management and process transformation.
• Translate field insights into actionable product feedback for the AI platform roadmap
