Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a Deployment Strategist to drive enterprise AI deployments for ElevenAgents from Poland. You will work with forward-deployed engineers, GTM teams, and product groups to translate customer problems into scalable AI solutions, spanning from use-case discovery to successful production deployment.

The role is remote-first (Poland-based, with travel to onsite as needed) and requires strong English and Polish communication, plus a track record of delivering complex, high-impact

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity.
• Experience in product development, delivery, and change management.
• Commercial instinct: comfortable engaging in deal conversations and enterprise sales cycles.
• Basic proficiency in Python and API integration.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of taking ownership of complex, ambiguous projects.
• Adaptability to work across different customer environments and industries.
• Technical aptitude with common LLM tooling and AI agent frameworks.
• Ability to map enterprise use cases and workflows to AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Meet with strategic customers to understand goals and pain points around AI-driven workflows.
• Own flagship deals end-to-end—from identifying the right use case to structuring terms and closing.
• Embed with strategic customers, spend time onsite, and own delivery outcomes.
• Identify high-impact use cases and collaborate with Forward Deployed Software Engineers to implement them.
• Guide customers on best practices for deploying ElevenAgents and maximizing adoption.
• Scope out applications in new industries and expand AI solutions globally.
• Present results and proposals to audiences from technical teams to C-suite executives.
• Collaborate with Research to feed field insights back into ElevenLabs’ platform.
• Build and deliver compelling demos of ElevenAgents and AI technology.
• Collaborate daily with customers’ engineering and executive teams to reach production.
