Cross Border Talents is seeking a Polish-speaking customer support specialist to join an international team in Portugal. You will assist customers via phone and email, answering questions and resolving issues while maintaining a professional, positive customer experience.

The role welcomes fresh graduates and provides company accommodation to help you settle in. Training on tools, processes, and products is provided, with 15 days of paid training before you handle live interactions.

Qualifications

• Fluent Polish is required.
• Good English skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and a customer-oriented attitude.
