Job summary

CB Talents is seeking Polish-speaking customer support agents to join our international Portugal team. You will assist Polish customers via phone and email, help resolve issues, and contribute to a positive customer experience while relocating with company-provided accommodation.

No experience required; you’ll receive 15 days of training to learn the tools, systems and processes. Fluent Polish and good English are required, along with EU work authorization to qualify for this role.
