Job summary

CB Talents is seeking a Polish-speaking customer support agent to join our international team in Portugal. You will assist Polish-speaking customers by phone and email, helping resolve questions and issues while delivering a friendly, professional service.

No prior experience is required. The role includes company-provided accommodation with utilities and a 15-day training program to prepare you for the tasks and tools you'll use daily in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Polish language required.
• Good English skills, written and spoken.
• Strong communication and a customer-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to relocate to Portugal and hold valid EU work authorization.
