Job summary

Cross Border Talents is hiring an entry-level Polish-speaking customer support representative in Portugal. You will assist Polish-speaking customers by phone and email and help resolve inquiries, learning tools and processes during training.

No prior experience required; relocation to Portugal is supported with company-provided accommodation and utilities. This role offers an international environment and opportunities to build customer service skills while living abroad.

Qualifications

• Fluent Polish required.
• Good English written and spoken.
• Willingness to relocate to Portugal and EU work authorization.
