Job summary

SME Careers, a fast-growing AI Data Services company and subsidiary of SuperAnnotate, seeks a Polish Quality Assurance Lead to oversee quality and trainer performance across Polish AI training projects, ensuring content accuracy and cultural appropriateness.

You will review AI-generated Polish content, provide precise feedback, coordinate with remote trainers and QAs, and help build scalable QA workflows while maintaining detailed documentation.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native Polish proficiency with strong reading and writing skills.
• Strong English reading and writing to follow project guidelines and communicate with teams.
• 3+ years of professional experience in Polish writing, editing, translation, localization, content QA, AI training, or related language-review workflows.
• Experience leading or supporting remote teams of trainers, annotators, reviewers, editors, or QAs is strongly preferred.
• Highly detail-oriented with ability to maintain style guides, FAQs, trackers, onboarding materials, and quality documentation.

Responsibilities

• Quality monitoring: Spot-check Polish items, identify quality issues, provide ongoing feedback, and raise recurring or critical issues.
• Trainer and QA communication: Update trainers and QAs on Discord about new item guidelines, project changes, workflow updates, and quality expectations.
• Question handling: Respond to trainer/QA questions clearly and promptly on Polish wording, grammar, tone, and cultural context.
• Trainer/QA activation management: DM contributors who are inactive, encourage activation, track follow-ups, and flag availability issues.
• Documentation: Create and maintain Polish project documentation, including style guides, trackers, FAQs, quality notes, examples, honeypots, and onboarding materials.
• Onboarding and training: Schedule and run onboarding/training calls explaining project expectations and Polish-specific style requirements.
• Quality alignment: Ensure Polish guidelines are applied consistently as projects evolve.
• Process improvement: Identify recurring quality gaps and help build scalable QA processes.
