You will review AI-generated Polish content, provide precise feedback, and ensure adherence to guidelines while coordinating with remote trainers and QAs. Strong Polish and English, attention to detail, and experience leading remote teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Polish, linguistics, translation, or a related field.
• Native or near-native Polish with strong reading and writing skills.
• Excellent command of English to follow guidelines and provide feedback in English.
• 3+ years in Polish content QA, editing, translation, or AI-training workflows.
• Strong understanding of Polish grammar, tone, and cultural context.
• Experience leading or supporting remote teams of trainers or QAs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Quality monitoring: spot-check Polish items and provide ongoing feedback.
• Trainer/QA communication: update teams on guidelines and project changes.
• Question handling: respond clearly on Polish wording and translation fidelity.
• Activation management: DM inactive contributors and track availability.
• Documentation: create Polish project docs, style guides, FAQs, and onboarding materials.
• Onboarding and training: run sessions explaining expectations and rubrics.
• Quality alignment: ensure consistent Polish guidelines across projects.
• Process improvement: identify gaps and propose scalable QA workflows.
