Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking Polish bilingual experts to evaluate Polish audio content and provide feedback to improve AI language models. The role focuses on assessing nativeness, fluency, pronunciation, and linguistic authenticity, with feedback written in English.

No prior AI experience is required beyond strong Polish language skills and clear communication. This is a remote contractor position with emphasis on accuracy and adherence to guidelines.

Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Polish (spoken and written).
• B2+ proficiency in English for written and verbal communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify subtle linguistic differences.
• Strong written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and follow guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Listen to Polish audio clips and evaluate nativeness, fluency, and linguistic quality.
• Assess pronunciation, intonation, accent, rhythm, and linguistic authenticity.
• Identify subtle linguistic differences and language-specific characteristics.
• Document evaluations with clear English feedback and justifications.
• Follow established guidelines and quality standards consistently.
• Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements.
• Provide linguistic insights to improve AI models' Polish language understanding.
• Complete audio review tasks accurately within deadlines.
• Maintain consistent quality across evaluations.
