European Football Clubs in Warsaw is seeking a Finance Coordinator to manage day‑to‑day Polish accounting and ensure compliant processing of transactions. You will coordinate AP/AR, support closings, and handle Polish VAT/CIT compliance within a multi‑entity European group.

The role offers exposure to cross‑border finance processes, interaction with central teams in Nyon and London, and hands‑on experience in a fast‑growing international organisation. Fluency in Polish and English is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of accounting or finance experience in international or multi‑entity environments.
• Strong knowledge of Polish VAT, CIT, and local statutory reporting; JPK/KSeF desirable.
• Experience with accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and month‑end closings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day accounting for the Polish entity and ensure compliance with internal policies and local requirements.
• Coordinate AP/AR, posting reconciliations, and support monthly/annual closings and consolidation.
• Prepare VAT and CIT compliance, liaise with local advisors, and support audits.
• Assist with cross‑entity coordination and provide admin support to Warsaw hub.
