Job summary

Korn Ferry, a global consulting firm, is seeking a Legal Entity Controller in Warsaw to lead financial reporting and performance analysis for designated entities. The role supports internal and external reporting while strengthening the financial control environment.

The successful candidate will have ACCA/CPA/ACA credentials, strong accounting skills, and experience with Oracle GL, Hyperion, and Excel. Fluency in English is required, and a hybrid Warsaw-based arrangement is offered.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACCA/CPA/ACA credentials.
• Experience in financial reporting, preferably within financial services.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to take ownership and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review month-end journals including accruals, prepayments and cost allocations.
• Produce statutory accounts and manage external audit sign-off processes.
• Support budgeting and forecasting cycles and prepare tax packs for external advisors.
• Monitor FX exposure and contribute to global FX management.
• Review intercompany recharges, allocations and transfer pricing processes.
• Ensure timely balance sheet reconciliations and resolve cash breaks.
• Liaise with Tax, Treasury, FP&A and Operations teams.
• Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis to senior management and entity boards.
• Assist with accounting policy changes and strategic initiatives.
