Poland Origination Manager – Renewable Storage Deals

Job summary

Capalo AI in Poland seeks its first Origination Manager to turn short-term optimization and trading of BESS and hybrid assets into long-term contracted revenue across tolling, floors, vPPAs and route-to-market agreements.

You will structure and price deals with offtake partners, own relationships, build a Polish asset-owner network, and represent Capalo AI at regional events while traveling within Poland and occasionally to Helsinki.

Qualifications

• Experience originating and negotiating route-to-market agreements for renewable power or storage assets.
• Commercial mindset with analytical pricing and evaluation of deal structures.
• Fluent in English and Polish.
• Willingness to travel within Poland and occasional travel to Helsinki.

Responsibilities

• Originate offtaker pipeline across Poland and manage counterparty relationships.
• Build coverage with Polish asset owners, developers and IPPs.
• Structure tripartite deals and manage from initial talks to close.
• Develop new market structures not yet offered.
• Contribute to Capalo AI's long-term view for Poland and beyond.
• Represent Capalo AI at regional industry events.
