Job summary

Çalık Renewables is seeking an experienced Asset Manager to drive technical, commercial and financial performance of its Polish renewable energy assets. You will act as owner-side representative through the operating lifecycle, focusing on long-term asset value, performance and cash generation.

The role requires leadership across cross-functional teams, in-depth knowledge of asset management for renewable assets, and the ability to optimize O&M, contracts and regulatory compliance within Poland.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in energy or infrastructure, with 3+ years in renewable asset management or owner-side roles.
• Fluent Polish and professional working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize technical, operational, commercial and financial performance of assets.
• Monitor KPIs like production, availability and performance ratio; identify root causes and actions.
• Manage O&M contracts, warranties and performance guarantees.
• Provide asset-level reporting for budgets, forecasts and financial planning.
• Support asset refinancing, investments, and M&A-related operational input.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Legal and Commercial.
