You will build acquisition pipelines, lead transactions from sourcing to closing, and oversee consolidation, cash management, reporting and financial control to support rapid growth and value creation.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of executing multiple M&A transactions across the full deal lifecycle.
• Experience in a fast-paced, growth-focused M&A environment with strong pipeline management.
• Solid financial modelling, valuation and analysis of complex business information.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end M&A transactions from sourcing to closing.
• Provide financial governance including consolidation, cash management and reporting.
• Support CEO and Group with financial insight, discipline and control for growth.
