Kienbaum is seeking an M&A Director and Group Finance Lead for Poland to drive end-to-end M&A and financial leadership across the growing platform. The role combines deal execution with governance, reporting and strategic insight for rapid expansion.

You will build a strong acquisition pipeline, manage consolidation and cash flow, and work with senior leadership to create long-term value for the group in Poland.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of executing multiple M&A transactions.
• Experience in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
• Strong financial expertise in modelling and valuation.
• Industry experience in industrial, installation, construction or business services preferred.
• Entrepreneurial and analytical mindset.
• Ability to lead and manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end M&A from sourcing to closing.
• Oversee financial governance: consolidation, cash management, reporting and control.
• Provide CEO with financial insight and strategic guidance.
• Build and manage a robust acquisition pipeline.
