Alfa Laval Kraków is seeking an HR Partner to provide operational HR support for Polish employees and managers, focusing on Polish HR administration and employment law. You will manage employee lifecycle activities, support HR processes in Workday and the payroll system, and deliver accurate, timely HR services.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• At least 2 years in HR operations/HR administration.
• Experience with personal files management and benefits administration.
• Prior HR support experience in Poland is required.

Aufgaben

• Provide operational HR support to Polish employees and managers.
• Handle HR queries via phone or HR case management system.
• Use ServiceNow to register, manage and close HR service requests.
• Execute onboarding activities for new hires.
• Administer Time & Absence, Benefits, Pension and Separation processes.
• Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with Polish labour law.
• Maintain data in Workday and payroll systems; prepare HR reports.
• Support HR vendors and drive process improvements.
