Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end HR support across recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Advise managers on employee relations matters.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.

Skills

Fluency in Polish

Fluency in English

Strong knowledge of Polish employment law

Proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager

Professional communication skills

Education
