Job summary

OSW Group is seeking an experienced HR Generalist for Poland to own day-to-day HR operations, covering the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to payroll coordination and compliance. You will work with our Global HR team and European stakeholders to ensure consistent practices across Europe.

You will shape the Poland employee experience while contributing to scalable HR processes as OSW Group expands its European footprint.

Qualifications

• Experience in an HR Generalist or similar broad HR role.
• Strong knowledge of Polish employment legislation.
• Experience coordinating Polish payroll.
• Experience managing recruitment and onboarding end-to-end.
• Experience handling employee relations and performance matters.
• Experience preparing HR documentation and contracts.
• Proficient with HR systems; Rippling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through to employee changes and offboarding
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for Poland, including advertising, candidate screening, interviews, offers and onboarding
• Prepare employment contracts, amendments, employee documentation and other employment related correspondence
• Coordinate onboarding requirements including occupational medical examinations, health and safety requirements
• Coordinate payroll information, ensure changes, leave, bonuses, allowances, and payroll inputs are accurate
• Work with payroll provider to review outputs and resolve queries
• Maintain accurate employee information in Rippling and HR systems
• Support managers with employee relations, performance, attendance, probation
• Coordinate probation reviews and performance processes
• Manage employee leave and absence administration
• Ensure HR practices comply with Polish employment law
• Support disciplinary, grievance and termination processes with Global HR and advisers
• Support salary benchmarking, remuneration reviews and offers
• Maintain HR records, files and documentation
• Prepare HR reporting for management
• Support development and implementation of HR policies and workflows
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes
• Assist with European HR projects and expansion into additional markets
• Collaborate with Global HR to reflect local requirements in global frameworks
• Support day-to-day coordination of the Poland office (supplies, facilities, service providers)
• Assist with office setup for new employees and visitors
• Provide general admin and PA support to the Sales Manager as required
• Support local meetings, employee events and office activities
