Cineverse Giant Worldwide is seeking an accomplished HR Director in Poland to build and lead our people operations. You will establish compliant HR infrastructure, lead policy creation, and partner with global teams to support growth across Europe.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibility.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
• Strong experience building HR infrastructure in new or scaling environments.
• Deep knowledge of Polish labor law, employment contracts, and compliance requirements.
• Proven track record managing HR build-out and ongoing workforce operations.
• Experience creating HR documentation from scratch (handbooks, offer letters, policies).
• Experience supporting entity establishment, EOR transitions, and workforce scaling in Poland.
• Fluency in Polish and English required.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute workforce planning strategies to support business growth in Poland.
• Identify hiring needs, define organizational structure, and support recruiting efforts.
• Scale HR processes to support rapid expansion and operational stability.
• Establish foundational HR systems, processes, and documentation.
• Create and maintain key employment documents, including: employee handbook, offer letters, employment agreements, and onboarding / offboarding materials.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure best-in-class HR operations.
• Serve as the in-country expert on Polish labor law and employment regulations; experience with other EU countries is a plus.
• Partner with payroll providers and finance teams to ensure accurate and compliant payroll administration.
• Ensure full compliance with all statutory requirements, including employment classification, contracts, and filings.
• Partner with legal counsel and vendors to maintain compliance.
• Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, investigations, and performance issues.
• Support leadership in creating a positive, high-performing culture.
• Collaborate with US team to design and manage local benefits programs and compensation structures.
• Provide guidance on and implement company policies, including time off policies, expense reimbursement, employee perks, and workplace standards.
