The position partners with global leadership to establish HR infrastructure, align local practices with global standards, and support rapid growth across markets. Fluency in Polish and English is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience with leadership responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of Polish labor law, employment contracts, and compliance requirements.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement workforce planning and HR processes to support growth in Poland.
• Establish foundational HR systems, documentation, and policies.
• Partner with payroll providers, finance, and legal to ensure compliant HR operations.
