Qualifications

• BA in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• 5+ years supply chain experience.
• Experience managing a diverse team to achieve targets.
• Fluency in English.
• Knowledge of SAP-MM and Ariba, or equivalent ERP.
• Experience with end-to-end P2P processes.
• Data analytics skills, SAP-BI or equivalent.
• Experience with procurement strategy and budgeting processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of buyers and procurement specialists.
• Oversee end-to-end procurement: requisition to delivery.
• Ensure delivery quality and SLAs meet needs of departments.
• Collaborate with other supply chain teams to improve Shared Services performance.
• Communicate globally with management and professionals to support customer service.
• Monitor team metrics and report to management.
• Submit reports to management and track indicators.
• Analyze issues within the team and drive improvement.
