Job summary

marta is seeking an Account Manager (m/f/d) in Poland to acquire and manage your own client base. You will advise caregivers who have expressed interest, build your pipeline, and support transitions and emergencies.

You will be the main contact for caregivers, conduct satisfaction surveys, share best practices, and collaborate with international teams. Polish (C2) is required, plus English or German, and familiarity with Salesforce, Pipedrive, or HubSpot is a plus.

Qualifications

• Initial experience in account management or sales.
• Friendly, outbound calling approach appreciated.
• Knowledge of customer care or live-in care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• No cold calling; advise caregivers who expressed interest, build pipeline.
• Discuss care assignments with caregivers and support transitions and emergencies.
• Independently manage caregiver base and be main contact during assignments.
• Maintain regular contact with caregivers and conduct satisfaction surveys.
• Provide best practices for conflict resolution to caregivers.
• Collaborate with international teams.
• Offer feedback to improve internal processes and customer experience.
