Job summary

State Street Corporation is seeking a Senior PMO Analyst to drive governance reporting and transform data into clear management narratives. You will challenge senior stakeholders, manage RAID logs, and oversee client MI and performance reporting packs across large global programs.

The role requires 7+ years of project management in financial services, strong English communication, and expertise with JIRA/Confluence and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in finance, business, MBA or equivalent.
• 7+ years managing business projects in large global financial services.
• Fluency in English; excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the PMO governance framework across all program workstreams.
• Chair cross-workstream coordination forums and resolve blockers.
• Review and challenge all governance pack content before approval.
• Draft and own escalation papers for Programme Board and Steering Committee.
• Challenge workstream leads when reported status mismatches observed performance.
• Own go-live readiness assessment and present to the board.
• Maintain single source of truth for status, risks, issues and decisions.
• Ensure governance cadence with meeting rhythms and pack timelines.
• Manage and develop the PMO team: Sr PMO Analyst, PMO Analyst, PMO Coordinator.
