Qualifications

Master's degree in a business or transformation field is required.
Minimum relevant experience in finance, transformation or PMO environments.
Fluent English and strong communication skills are essential.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end transformation and change management workstreams for initiatives from assessment to adoption.
Design transformation roadmaps, communication plans, adoption and readiness frameworks.
Conduct stakeholder assessments, readiness analyses, and risk reviews.
Develop future-state processes and operating model improvements with owners.
Prepare executive-ready status updates, risk logs, and decision materials.
