Job summary

Qualifications

• PMO experience and project governance exposure
• Strong planning and tracking of milestones across multiple projects
• Financial oversight including budgeting and cost control
• Effective stakeholder communication and reporting to executives
• Ability to manage change requests and align with PM standards

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned projects ensuring delivery on-time, within scope and within budget
• Define and track project milestones and develop an integrated delivery plan
• Liaise with resource managers to ensure resources are available to support timelines
• Utilize risk management strategies to manage project risks impacting cost/quality/schedule
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Review and approve time cards for your project
• Create business case financial models
• Forecast, monitor and report on project financials and maintain in PM tools
• Manage change requests, assess impact to scope/schedule/cost, communicate with stakeholders
• Liaise with supplier management on engagement, quality, experience and cost
• Ensure compliance with regulations, SOX and PM standards
• Update stakeholders on project status and publish status reports
• Represent the project in governance and inter-departmental forums
• Ensure ROI targets and success parameters are met
• Evaluate trade-offs between size, cost, urgency, risk and value
• Define success metrics with sponsors and deliver to meet them
• Adhere to methodology compliance and promote best practices
