Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a PMO Specialist to support the IT project management office in a dynamic project environment. This part-time 0.5 FTE role involves coordinating planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication while contributing to meaningful project activities, with on-site monthly presence in Niepołomice.

The role emphasizes hybrid IT project management, combining classic approaches with agile elements, coordination across local and central teams, and documentation tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in IT project management or PMO support.
• Experience in industrial/production/Shopfloor IT projects, automotive preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint.
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work style.
• Willingness to travel and be on-site in Niepołomice once per month.
• Fluent Polish and advanced English.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain IT project plan, milestones, risks, and issues.
• Coordinate IT scope for production and Shopfloor systems.
• Manage IT infrastructure tasks: LAN/WLAN, servers, devices, IT security.
• Support technical agreements with local/central teams and suppliers.
• Prepare project documentation, meeting minutes, steering reports.
• Monitor progress, budget, quality, risks, scope changes.
• Organize and moderate project meetings and reviews.
• Handle hybrid IT project management with agile elements.
• Coordinate IT testing, acceptance, readiness, handover, closure.
• Ensure transparent stakeholder communication and escalate decisions.
