Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a PMO Specialist to support the IT project management office in a dynamic project environment. This part‑time role (0.5 FTE) offers flexibility while providing meaningful involvement in key project activities.

You will coordinate planning, risk management, reporting, and stakeholder communication across production, logistics, and Shopfloor IT initiatives, with monthly on‑site presence in Niepołomice and collaboration with international teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT project management or PMO support for IT projects.
• Experience in industrial/production/logistics/Shopfloor IT projects, preferably automotive.
• Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, monitoring, risk management, and dependency management.
• Ability to work with interdisciplinary teams and diverse stakeholders.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint).
• Willingness to travel and be on-site in Niepołomice once a month.
• Fluent Polish and advanced English.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain IT project plans, milestones, dependencies, risk registers, decision logs, and issue lists.
• Coordinate IT scope for production, logistics and Shopfloor IT systems related to new facilities launches.
• Manage IT infrastructure tasks (LAN/WLAN, servers, devices, security).
• Support technical agreements between local and central teams and external suppliers.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, status reports, and steering materials.
• Monitor progress, budget, quality, risks and scope changes; drive corrective actions.
