Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, seeks an Operations Associate for the Integrated Solutions PMO in Kraków. You’ll support PMO processes, SOPs, training, and governance, aligning tools and data across programs. The role emphasizes continuous improvement, KPI development, and cross-functional collaboration in a global context.

The position is on-site in Kraków, with ownership of delivering efficient project execution and performance insights within a DBS-enabled culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline.
• Typically 3+ years of relevant experience in PMO operations, project coordination, project management, or related environment.
• Experience with continuous improvement approaches to support process effectiveness; familiarity with DBS methodologies is a plus.
• Experience supporting process or system improvement initiatives and working with project delivery tools and data.
• Strong collaboration, ownership, and communication skills across a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Support core PMO processes, tools, and communications, including SOPs, work instructions, trainings, updates, and SharePoint site.
• Coordinate PMO tool landscape to improve data consistency and processes across the project lifecycle.
• Help implement standardized project execution practices and support planning, scheduling, resource tracking, and reporting.
• Assist PMO performance management by developing and communicating KPIs and dashboards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and PMO capability development by sharing best practices.
