Job summary

Cytiva, part of the Danaher ecosystem, is seeking an IT Business Enablement Director – Finance to align business goals with IT capabilities and deliver measurable outcomes. The role is on-site in Kraków or Warszawa and requires deep Finance IT experience and strategic leadership across global teams.

You will partner with Finance leaders, implement Finance application roadmaps, and drive value through agile, product-centric delivery while maintaining regulatory and GxP compliance.

Qualifications

• 12+ years partnering with Finance teams or finance technology transformation.
• Strong understanding of Finance capabilities and data requirements.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Bridge business objectives with IT capabilities for the Finance function.
• Define and execute Finance IT strategy and roadmaps.
• Lead value-stream delivery and governance across Finance IT initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovative analytics in Finance technology.
