Job summary

Cytiva is seeking a Senior IT Business Enablement Manager to drive alignment between Indirect Sourcing & Sustainability and IT across the enterprise. You will partner with stakeholders to define strategies, roadmaps, and value streams, embedding agile, product-centric delivery models.

This on-site role will support Kraków or Warszawa locations. You will champion continuous improvement, leverage analytics and Beeline, ensure GxP compliance, and help manage supplier tech solutions to maximize

• Drive delivery through PoCs, requirement specs, ROI tracking, and post-delivery reviews.
• Maintain an integrated technology landscape with Beeline and other tools, ensuring compliance.

Senior IT Business Enablement Manager - Indirect Sourcing & Sustainability

This role will drive strategic alignment, operational excellence, and innovation across enterprise IT initiatives, ensuring technology investments maximize value and accelerate business transformation.

As a member of the IT Business Enablement - Functions team, this role will partner with the Indirect Sourcing & Sustainability organizations through technology, fostering strong partnerships, and embedding agile, product-centric delivery models.

This position reports to the Sr Director IT Business Enablement (BE) Functions leader and is part of the Information Technology team, and will be an on-site role in Kraków or Warszawa.

What You Will Do

• Partner with Cytiva Indirect Sourcing & Sustainability leaders, their teams, DHR Corporate IT and IT delivery teams to provide a single, effective interface between business functions and IT, ensuring strong alignment with Cytiva priorities and DHR Corporate Strategy.
• Define, execute and maintain the Indirect Sourcing & Sustainability OpCo, functional and regional IT strategy, including application roadmaps, ensuring technology priorities support business objectives and long-term value creation.
• Support the Discovery model by working with Indirect Sourcing & Sustainability leaders, Business Enablement IT Business Analysts, and the BE Pillar Head to identify business outcomes, assign them to the appropriate value streams, prioritize them against the value stream backlog, and partner with IT Delivery & Governance to determine the right delivery approach.
• Drive delivery of prioritized outcomes by supporting proof of concepts, authoring user requirement specifications, tracking ROI and say/do performance post-delivery and ensuring IT initiatives deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, cost, quality, customer satisfaction, and decision-making.
• Champion continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence across Indirect Sourcing & Sustainability by leveraging advanced analytics, automation, digital technologies, external trends and best practices; maintaining a robust and integrated technology landscape, including sourcing tools such as Beeline; ensuring compliance with GxP and regulatory standards; and proactively identifying and mitigating supply chain risks.

Who You Are

• Extensive experience partnering with Sourcing, Procurement, supporting sourcing processes, supplier lifecycle capabilities or sourcing technology transformation. Typical backgrounds include IT Business Partnering, Business Relationship Management, Digital Transformation, Enterprise Applications, Sourcing Technology, Procurement Technology, Sustainability or related business-facing technology roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or STEM equivalent certification or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of Indirect Sourcing capabilities, ability to translate business priorities and data requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders through credibility, business acumen, structured communication and clear decision support.
• Proven experience operating in a global, matrixed organisation with competing priorities, evolving requirements and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Outcome-oriented mindset, with resilience, accountability, and the ability to drive progress through ambiguity, complexity and setbacks.
• Ability to build strong partnerships across Sourcing, business, and technology teams to improve efficiency, standardisation and value delivery.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in

• Experience with procurement and sourcing platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, Beeline, ServiceNow Procurement, SAP S/4HANA, or similar enterprise solutions.
• Experience supporting Sustainability, ESG, Responsible Sourcing, Supplier Sustainability, Carbon Reporting, or related initiatives.
• Experience with M&A and Due Diligence focused projects at global and x-functional scale.
