This role suits students seeking hands-on IT project experience while studying. You will work with Project Managers, Application Managers, and Business Analysts, developing how-to materials, documentation standards, and onboarding content in a global IT

Qualifications

• University student eligible for hybrid Kraków office, 24–30 hours per week during semester.
• Polish (C1+) and English (C1+) communication in meetings and documentation.
• Basic Excel skills (filters, pivot tables, simple formulas) and ability to present findings clearly.
• Analytical and detail-oriented approach with strong information organization.
• Comfortable with documentation and diagrams using Word, PowerPoint, or simple tools like Figma, Miro.
• Availability to work hybrid from Kraków office (min. 2 days/week).

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project documentation (guidelines, process descriptions, summaries, logs).
• Support PMO activities with up-to-date project plans, task lists, and status reports in tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, or Excel.
• Organize training materials (presentations, user guides, quick references) and support onboarding content (SharePoint, ADO).
• Coordinate meetings, take structured notes, summarize next steps, and ensure clear stakeholder communication.
• Standardize templates and reporting to improve consistency and quality across projects.
• Gain exposure to project lifecycle, governance, and IT service management by supporting delivery and ticket coordination.
