Job summary

Hitachi Energy Services SP. z o.o. Kraków is offering a paid internship in the Payroll Department.

You will assist the payroll team with daily processes and HR administrative tasks, gaining practical experience in payroll in an international setting. The role provides exposure to global HR projects, including equity and transparency initiatives. You will work 25–37 hours per week with flexible hours, allowing you to combine studies with the internship.

Qualifications

• You are a current student with a planned graduation in 2027 or later.
• You have interest in HR topics and are eager to learn.
• You possess good spoken and written English (B2) and Polish (B2).

Responsibilities

• Support HR team in payroll-related processes and admin tasks.
• Maintain ongoing communication with employees and assist with HR/payroll inquiries.
• Process employee submissions in ServiceNow.
• Support selected HR projects (testing HR tools).
• Learn to use SAP system.
