Job summary

Hitachi Energy Services SP. Z O.O. is seeking a motivated Software Asset Management intern to support day-to-day operations in a global IT environment and contribute to SAM initiatives.

You will collaborate with the SAM team, help develop policies, monitor license compliance, and manage PoE documentation while developing knowledge in IT governance and compliance. The role offers flexible hours, access to an e-learning platform, and enterprise exposure for remote work.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a university student, graduating in 2027 or later.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Motivated, ambitious, and committed with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Available to work at least 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the SAM team and support daily operational activities.
• Assist in maintaining and developing SAM policies, processes, and procedures.
• Support the implementation and enhancement of the SAM strategy.
