State Street in Kraków is seeking a PMO governance professional to support portfolio governance, project oversight, compliance reporting, and process improvements within a complex technology environment.
The role emphasizes governance standards, data accuracy, and clear reporting to stakeholders. Experience with Clarity, Jira, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Power BI is highly desirable; PMP/PRINCE2 certifications are preferred. Office-based with three days on site.

This role will support portfolio governance, project oversight, compliance reporting, process improvement, and PMO operations across a complex technology environment.
The role requires experience supporting project governance, PMO activities, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and delivery assurance. The successful candidate will help ensure projects and programs follow required standards, maintain accurate data, and provide clear reporting to stakeholders. They will work within the PMO and governance function to monitor compliance with governance standards, challenge inconsistencies, identify risks and gaps, and help ensure delivery teams execute against established processes and controls.
Experience with Clarity, Jira, and SharePoint, together with expertise in developing, managing, and enhancing Power Automate workflows and process automations to support team and business operations, is highly desirable. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
Experience with some or all of the following is desirable: Clarity PPM, Jira, Microsoft Power Automate and workflow automation, Approval workflow design and process automation, Power BI and reporting solutions, Excel and data analysis
The role requires a minimum of three days per week working from the office

The minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ.
Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.
In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.
