Job summary

Brickendon Consulting, a global management and technology consultancy, seeks an experienced Project Management Officer with Change Management for a Banking client. The role focuses on PMO governance, agile transformation and stakeholder engagement, with responsibilities across PI planning, OKRs, budgeting and benefits tracking.

The position is based in Kraków and requires regular collaboration with international teams; work is hybrid, with visits to the Kraków office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a Programme, Project Management or PMO role.
• Good understanding of Agile programme and project management, PMO processes and project governance.
• Practical experience with Jira and Confluence; knowledge of Clarity would be an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English, including leading virtual meetings with international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Ensure programme and project activities are delivered in line with Change Framework, governance standards and PMO processes.
• Execute PMO processes and Change Management activities, working with key stakeholders.
• Support the transformation towards Agile ways of working.
• Track, review and control programme progress against OKRs, business value, timelines and budget.
• Identify risks and blockers, support mitigation activities and elevate where appropriate.
• Support PI Planning, budget management and QBR activities.
• Assist with benefits tracking, quality assurance and programme controls throughout delivery lifecycle.
• Support resource management and onboarding of new team members.
