Job summary

HeadHR is seeking a PMO Delivery Lead to support the CTO Change Portfolio Management function and act as a dedicated PMO lead for a technology area. You will serve as the main contact between the area and the Central PMO, partnering with stakeholders, sponsors and transformation leads to monitor delivery and align with strategic priorities.

You will drive governance, planning and reporting, escalate risks, and lead continuous improvement across PMO processes in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in project, programme or portfolio management.
• Strong understanding of portfolio management frameworks and best practices.
• Proven PMO/portfolio governance experience within a complex technology environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and executives.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to coordinate across teams.
• Financial planning, forecasting, variance management and project accounting.
• Strong reporting and data analysis skills, including high-level management reports.
• Fluent in English and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Support stakeholders in maintaining accurate and timely delivery plans.
• Report on portfolio health, risks and issues to senior PMO leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Identify thematic risks and issues across the Area and elevate them to the Central PMO.
• Ensure programmes follow established frameworks, governance and standards.
• Support annual planning activities, including resource supply and demand assessments.
• Ensure programmes are properly coordinated and interlocked with other technology programmes.
• Monitor portfolio performance without directly owning individual programmes or projects.
• Prepare high-level reports and respond to ad-hoc reporting requests from senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement across PMO processes and ways of working.

• Strong reporting and data analysis skills, including the ability to produce high-level management reports
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver within challenging timelines
• Experience with continuous improvement
• Strong knowledge of technology infrastructure products and platforms and the fintech environment
• Fluent in English and Polish
