Job summary

LTM in Krakow, Poland, is seeking a PMO Delivery Lead for a hybrid role (2-3 days in office). This 6-month contract offers a rate of 148 PLN per hour to lead PMO delivery across technology infrastructure areas and partner with senior stakeholders for portfolio outcomes.

The role requires 3–5 years in a similar PMO/portfolio management capacity with strong governance, reporting, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years in similar role.
• Strong experience in PMO Portfolio Management Programme Governance or Delivery Management.
• Very good understanding of portfolio management frameworks methodologies and best practices.
• Experience monitoring large and complex technology portfolios.
• Strong planning dependency management RAID management and portfolio health reporting skills.
• Proven experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Excellent presentation communication and executive reporting capabilities.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to align multiple teams around shared outcomes.
• Proactive problemsolving negotiation and recommendation development skills.
• Strong critical-thinking skills with the ability to deliver under pressure and challenging timelines.
• Experience with annual planning resource supply and demand management and capacity assessments.
• Strong understanding of financial planning forecasting and variance management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated PMO Delivery Lead for one or more Technology Infrastructure areas.
• Act as the single point of contact between assigned technology areas and the Central PMO function.
• Partner with senior stakeholders Programme Sponsors Project Sponsors and Transformation Leads across multiple portfolios.
• Support delivery of portfolio outcomes aligned with organizational strategy priorities and governance requirements.
• Work with stakeholders to develop accurate integrated and timely portfolio plans.
• Monitor portfolio health and prepare executive-level updates for PMO leadership and senior management.
• Identify thematic risks issues dependencies and delivery concerns across the assigned portfolio.
• Escalate material risks and issues to Central PMO with clear impact analysis and recommendations.
• Ensure programmes comply with established portfolio management frameworks governance standards and delivery controls.
• Support annual planning resource demand and supply planning and portfolio health assessments.
• Monitor interdependencies between programmes and ensure effective interlock across technology portfolios.
• Support financial planning forecasting variance management and portfolio accounting activities.
• Produce high-quality portfolio dashboards governance packs management information and adhoc reports.
• Bring together cross-functional teams to resolve delivery challenges and improve portfolio outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement across PMO processes reporting planning and governance practices.
• Monitor programmes projects and portfolios without assuming direct ownership of governed delivery initiatives

Experience
