Będziesz łączyć Area z Central PMO, współpracować z interesariuszami na szczeblu sponsorów i liderów transformacji, monitorować dostawę i przygotowywać wysokopoziomowe raporty dla kadry zarządzającej. Wymagane 12+ lat doświadczenia i doskonałe umiejętności komunikacyjne w językach angielskim i polskim.

Qualifications

• 12+ lat doświadczenia w Project, Programme lub Portfolio Management.
• Doskonałe umiejętności komunikacyjne i prezentacyjne.
• Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu PMO / portfelem w środowisku technologicznym.
• Silne umiejętności zarządzania interesariuszami i komunikacji z kadra kierowniczą.
• Znajomość finansowego planowania, prognozowania i rachunkowości projektów.
• Znajomość frameworków zarządzania portfelami i najlepszych praktyk.

Responsibilities

• Pełnić rolę PMO Delivery Lead dla jednego obszaru technologicznego.
• Monitorować dostawę portfela i zapewniać zgodność z priorytetami strategicznymi.
• Wspierać interesariuszy w utrzymaniu planów dostaw i raportować stan portfela seniorom PMO.
• Identyfikować ryzyka i problemy oraz eskalować do Central PMO.
• Dbać o zgodność programów z obowiązującymi ramami, governance i standardami.
• Wspierać roczne planowanie, alokację zasobów oraz koordynację programów.

Job description

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

Project

We are looking for a PMO Delivery Lead to support the CTO Change Portfolio Management function and act as a dedicated PMO lead for one of the technology areas.

You will

• Act as the main point of contact between the assigned technology Area and the Central PMO
• Partner with Area stakeholders, Project and Programme Sponsors and Transformation Leads across CTO portfolios
• Monitor portfolio delivery and ensure outcomes are aligned with strategic priorities
• Support stakeholders in maintaining accurate and timely delivery plans
• Report on portfolio health, risks and issues to senior PMO leadership and executive stakeholders
• Identify thematic risks and issues across the Area and elevate them to the Central PMO
• Ensure programmes follow established frameworks, governance and standards
• Support annual planning activities, including resource supply and demand assessments
• Ensure programmes are properly coordinated and interlocked with other technology programmes
• Monitor portfolio performance without directly owning individual programmes or projects
• Prepare high-level reports and respond to ad-hoc reporting requests from senior management
• Drive continuous improvement across PMO processes and ways of working

Kogo poszukujemy?

Must have

• 12+ years of experience in Project, Programme or Portfolio Management
• Strong understanding of Portfolio Management frameworks, methodologies and best practices
• Proven experience in PMO / portfolio governance within a complex technology environment
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and executives
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to bring different teams and stakeholders together
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
• Proven ability to solve problems, negotiate and present recommendations
• Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, variance management, and project accounting principles
• Strong reporting and data analysis skills, including the ability to produce high-level management reports
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver within challenging timelines
• Experience with continuous improvement
• Strong knowledge of technology infrastructure products and platforms and the fintech environment
• Fluent in English and Polish

Nice to have

• Experience working within a large-scale CTO / Technology organisation
• Experience with complex technology portfolios and transformation programmes
• Experience supporting executive-level reporting and governance
