Sii Poland seeks an experienced Beckhoff PLC programmer to join our team delivering advanced automation projects across Europe. You will program and commission control systems, with a focus on Beckhoff technology and TwinCAT 3, while traveling to client sites.

The role involves on-site work in Berlin and potential assignments near Dresden, requiring fluent Polish and English (B2). You will collaborate with robot programming teams and help document and update software throughout projects.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 4 years of Beckhoff PLC programming experience.
• Higher technical education in Automation, Robotics, Mechatronics or related field.
• Experience in TwinCAT 3 programming.
• Willingness to travel ~60% including to Germany.
• English language proficiency at B2; fluent Polish required.
• Based in Poland; valid category B driving license.

Join the team working on advanced projects in the field of process automation for transport, material handling, and assembly. We create solutions used in modern manufacturing plants and logistics centers, where reliability, efficiency, and precision are crucial. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and commissioning of control systems based on Beckhoff technology, participating in the full project cycle – from programming and testing to commissioning directly at the client’s site.

Approximately 60% of the time throughout the year will be spent traveling to clients in the Berlin and Dresden areas. Projects are most often carried out in a model of 3 weeks onsite, followed by about a week off in Poland.
