Sii Poland is seeking an experienced automation professional to develop and commission Beckhoff-based control systems across projects in manufacturing and logistics environments. You will program PLCs, modify software, and support on-site commissioning across client sites in Berlin and nearby Dresden, Poland, with substantial travel.

Requirements include 4+ years in Beckhoff PLC programming, TwinCAT 3 expertise, a Polish location, and English at B2 level; a valid category B license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Beckhoff PLC programming.
• Higher technical education: Automation, Robotics, Mechatronics or related.
• Experience in programming in TwinCAT 3.
• Willingness to travel approximately 60% of the time, including to Germany.
• English language proficiency at B2 level
• Fluent knowledge of Polish is required
• Possession of a valid category B driving license

Job description

Join the team working on advanced projects in the field of process automation for transport, material handling, and assembly. We create solutions used in modern manufacturing plants and logistics centers, where reliability, efficiency, and precision are crucial. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and commissioning of control systems based on Beckhoff technology, participating in the full project cycle – from programming and testing to commissioning directly at the client’s site.

Approximately 60% of the time throughout the year will be spent traveling to clients in the Berlin and Dresden areas. Projects are most often carried out in a model of 3 weeks onsite, followed by about a week off in Poland.
